10 items every house must have.

This is 100% in my opinion and just for fun! It does not mean you have to go on a shopping spree and buy up all these things! With that being said lets begin. As I cleaned my house today a brilliant idea popped into my head and I thought I'd tell the world about some of my favorite household items!

#1. A Crock Pot. Dinnertime just isn't the same without slow cooked meals every now and then! There are so many delicious recipes that I love that require a crock pot. 

#2. Scentsy products. My house always smells good because of how much Scentsy stuff I use!! I have a scent in every room and closet, and my car! And there are so many scents to choose from so your house smells good all year round.

 #3. A rain shower shower head. I had no idea what an amazing shower felt like until we got this thing! Pure bliss!! It works SO good and I don't think I'll ever settle for anything other than one of these in my shower!

 #4. Wine glasses. Whether you drink wine or not these are a perfect piece for a romantic dinner. My honey and I drink out of these every time we cook a fancy meal. Kinda cheesy but whatev, we are kinda cheesy :)

 

#5. Summertime dishes. Oh the things you acquire after being married for 3 years. Nothing beats dinners out on the porch during the summer. And who could pass up drinking from a coconut cup?! I have used these dishes on numerous occasions and don't plan on getting rid of them, EVER!!

#6. A comfortable bed. I have the world's comfiest bed and I refuse to let anyone tell me otherwise! I used to think my old bed was the comfiest until I slept on this! It was like sleeping on a cloud covered in feathers. And don't pay attention to the fact that we don't have a bedroom set. No nightstands or dressers! Yeah we can have brightly colored dishes but no bedroom furniture? It's on our to-buy list :)

 

#7. Magnetic letters. There are a countless amount of times when the Mister and I have left each other little notes on the fridge with brightly colored letters. It always made me smile to wake up first thing in the morning and notice a cute little note on my fridge. But now that Kyson is in the middle of his terrible two's we've lost about 2/3 of the letters. So now all we can do is leave each other math problems.

 

#8. A pink tool set.  haha ok this one is only because I HAD to show it off! Dave and I have been busy with redecorating our home and I was feeling lazy one day and told him that I refused to do any more work until I had a pink tool set. This here tool set was in my hands by the end of that day! I guess that's his way of telling me I had no choice but to work :)

Its cute though, right?!

 

#9. A cozy reading nook. I am a book worm. There's no hiding that! I love to get lost in another world for a few hours, Dave on the other hand hates it! But while Dave's earning the bacon and Kyson's taking his nap, I'm reading in this corner of my bedroom!

#10. Pictures. I am a picture-holic!! I take pictures of literally everything and I'm proud of it! We have pictures scattered all over our house and it just makes it more homey to me. My family and I have had so many fun and exciting adventures that I just love to show them off, and I do real well :)

And there you have it! My top 10 things every house must have. This was such a fun post going around my little home and taking pictures of my favorite things. I think I just may have to do another one with a different topic!! :)
