I swear we don't just sit around doing photo shoots every day. These were all done for Presley's birthday and there are way too many to do in one post!

the beginning of fall

We took the kids to a small pumpkin patch on the outskirts of town. They had so much fun, well Kyson had fun running around and trying to pick up the biggest pumpkins he could find. Presley just sat there poking the pumpkins! It was really windy and she wasn't too happy about it. She's definitely my daughter! But then again, is there anyone who likes wind? No! We were going to take them on a hay ride but every time we thought about going the tractor was already gone and we just didn't feel like waiting in that wind! It was just chilly enough that we needed some light jackets. I was so excited that Presley's leather jacket (that I bought her when she was just a newborn) fit perfectly! She looked so cute in it! I can't wait to have a black leather jacket matching day with her. 

After the pumkpin patch we went to a big park downtown to let Kyson run wild. I pushed Presley on the swings the whole time and she loved it! It was her first time on a swing. #momfail She also loved going down the slides and watching all the other kids play.

Presley's pink and gold party

I had been planning Presley's birthday party for months! I knew exactly the look I wanted and it turned out exactly how I had hoped! I purchased most of the decorations from Etsy and Hobby Lobby and made most of the goodies by myself. It was a lot of work but I'm so glad everything turned out so well.

We had the best time and Presley was definitely spoiled! I can't believe my baby is one. We love her SO much!

I've made it a tradition to take mommy and me photo shoots with Presley every six months! What can I say? It's my excuse to be extra girly with my sweet baby girl while catching it on camera. This was our third mommy and me shoot and I'm so obsessed with how they turned out!
